The janitor and his staff are responsible for the maintenance of the building, attending outside companies and taking care of waste disposal issues.
He carries out the maintenance services of the heating system, thermal baths or the air-conditioning system on a regular basis and fixes smaller damages and defects immediately.
Smaller repairs can be done right away but for the larger ones we call in a specialist after a prior consultation with our client – and of course, we’ll take care that the repairs are done properly.
At the same time, the janitor is an important link between the tenants, the management and the proprietary. He will help you to save expanses and make sure that the tenants are highly pleased.
